The Langham Hotel is located on the corner of Franklin Street and
Congress Street, right in Post Office Square.
It is close to a few T stops, with the closest being State Street or
Downtown Crossing.
To get to the Bond Bar in the hotel, you will want to enter the hotel
from the Congress Street side, across the street from the park (with
the garage underneath it).
Once through the front doors, you will see a staircase to go up one
floor. At the top of the stairs, you will see the Bond Bar in front of
you.
Toward the back of the room as you enter is the bar itself. We will
gather around that area. Drinks at this location may cost a few dollars
more than other places. But it is worth the setting and experience!
If the outdoor weather turns out to be welcoming (Indian Summer!), we
will meet in the bar's outdoor patio right by the entrance instead.
If you have time, you may enjoy checking out the beautiful park in
front of the hotel, as well as the elegantly designed hotel atrium.
Parking on the streets of the financial district is not hard after 6pm.
Make sure to put in enough coins till the time when you do not have to
pay (the meter will have the info on the hours).
RSVP (to the Meetup Group) is appreciated but not required.
