Old Westbury, NY (Long Island) Easy access via public transit and/or car; 40 minutes fm NYC LIRR trains (Penn Station) leave every hour to Old Westbury (Port Jefferson Line). Then take the free shuttle buses (10 am-7:30 pm) from Old Westbury to the Meadowbrook Polo Club. |

Join the LGBT cocktail
tailgate, all-day
party and an exciting polo match at the
26th Annual Harriman Cup Event in Old Westbury, Long Island
(40
minutes from Manhattan & easily accessible via public transit).
The Harriman Cup is a fun annual event that benefits the polo teams at
Yale
& UVA and allows undergraduates to play polo.
Before and after, there is much mixing and
partying, including our LGBT tailgate, music, dancing, eating and more.
Food is
sold there (or you may bring a picnic or make a grocery run) and the
event is BYOB.
We invite all our Yale,
Ivy
League, Seven Sisters, NYU, Stanford, Duke,
You need not be a Yale or UVA alumni to
attend: 60% of attendees are not alumns, but simply come for a fun
&
worthwhile day.
The Harriman Cup event
is a
non-profit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to promoting the collegiate
polo
programs at Yale & UVA,
which are not well-funded by their respective
schools. Over $600,000 has been raised for the 2 teams.
