To join the docent-led tour, please gather in front of the elevators to the exhibits upstairs at 6:25 and 6:55 PM. NO advance sign-up required.

Unlimited access to the exhibits upstairs on your own, 6-9 PM, including Masterpieces (the best of The Asia Society Collection).  Take the elevators upstairs. (No drinks upstairs with the art, please)

Join Yale GALA, Inc. for our FIRST LBT Women's Night at the Asia Society LGBT Leo Bar.  (Men are welcome to attend).  We will have FREE ENTRY to the museum (regularly $12), cash and credit bar (beer, wine and exotic cocktails plus non-alcoholic mixers), Happy Hour specials 6-7 PM, free docent-led tours of the exhibit After Darkness (upstairs at 6:30 and 7 PM) and unlimited access to all the exhibits upstairs on your own, 6-9 PM.  (No drinks upstairs, please!)

The downstairs space offers plenty of room to mix and mingle with old and new friends and a beautiful, well-stock bar for drinks.

The Asia Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit that educates the world about Asia.  The NYC Headquarters is an elegant and spacious, 9-story building on Park Avenue and has a magnificent museum exhibit of Asian art (some donated by John D. Rockefeller, Jr.)

Community co-hosts for the 11-17-2017 LGBT Leo Bar Connections Night at The Asia Society are Yale GALA, Inc., NQAPIA (The National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance) and Standard Chartered (a UK bank).  Co-hosting with Yale GALA, Inc. are FFR/Princeton BTGALA and XX (List TBA). 

Note we expect to be a LOT of the attendees this evening, but The Museum remains open to the public during the event.  (It costs $1000s of dollars to close a museum for an exclusive event and most of our events remain Open to the Public).   

The Asia Society building is wheelchair and handicapped accessible.   Children are welcome to attend and so are our male members.
