In tyrannical Duke Fredrick’s court, you’re either ally or enemy, courtier or peasant, man or woman. These categories make common ground impossible to find. But once exiled to the Forest of Arden, the cross-dressing Rosalind leads city and country folk alike in rejecting the shallow binaries of the past. With music, drag, and dance, this new immersive adaptation of one of Shakespeare’s best loved comedies imagines a world where we can live and love as each of us likes it.

shakespeare’s as u like it is an immersive theatrical experience that invites the audience to move and interact with the actors and scenery. The entire performance is fully accessible to all patrons. Audience members are encouraged not to bring large bags and to wear comfortable shoes.

This production contains coarse language, nudity, sexual situations, and violence. Approximate running time: 90 minutes with no intermission. Please contact the Box Office at 203.432.1234 if you have questions about the content of this production.
